Whilst correcting what goes onto the plate is the correct first step in addressing these issues, many people will still find it impossible to ensure adequate vitamin and mineral intake without supplementation. That is why we have specifically formulated GLP LeanShield - to provide crucial support for those critical functions during periods of significant dietary restriction.

One bottle.  One serving.  Not 5 bottles and a handful of capsules.

Just as you would proceed with caution before lifting weights in the gym, the same mindfulness should be applied to what happens when you embark on what is typically an aggressive calorie-deficit. Already, in the US, nutrient deficiency is a significant problem – 75% are deficient in Vitamin D, 52.2% in Magnesium, 44.1% in Calcium, 38.9% in Vitamin C.

Unfortunately, the widespread use of “GLP’s” has exacerbated these challenges by driving focus toward reduced (already nutrient-sparse) portions and away from better food choices. This is contributing to some of the “GLP Scare Stories” we see in the media – hair-loss, bone-loss, muscle-loss, skin conditions, even "scurvy".

However, these changes haven’t always wrought the desired outcomes for everyone. This can be traced, in large part, to the lack of information and support afforded newcomers to the exercise and calorie-restriction space.

At a time of unprecedented adoption and change in the wellness space, brought on in large part by the availability of GLP-1 receptor agonists (“GLP1’s”, or “GLP’s”), we are seeing an explosion in the number of people adopting – and sticking to – reduced-calorie eating habits and exercise regimens.

This has been an incredibly powerful and positive change, for some.
